GMC sales show strong numbers, claim more market
GMC claims that nearly half of buyers of its crossovers are coming to the brand from competitors outside of General Motors.
GMC sales are up, no doubt, because people are discovering the value, longevity, luxury, and quality of GMC vehicles. Industry analysis is finding that more and more buyers are moving away from other brands and purchasing GMC; around 50% of previous other-manufacturer buyers. Acadia sales, for example, are the highest they’ve ever been, up 35 percent from last August. Terrain sales are up too, around 13%. Sales of the GMC Pickup Truck, Sierra, are the best they’ve been since 2008.
